Become a Volunteer Trail Guide

Do you enjoy leading hikes and sharing your knowledge of natural history?

SAMNHA Trail Guides are naturalists, interpreters, educators, scientists and others with an interest in the natural history of the Santa Ana Mountains.  They lead hikes and present other special programs on the natural history of the Santa Ana Mountains.  SAMNHA volunteers are also volunteers with the Cleveland National Forest.

Want to help out, but are not ready to lead a group?  Become an Assistant Trail Guide and learn the trails.
